The annual Santa Barbara Vintners Spring Weekend attracts wine lovers from near and far for an opportunity to attend wine maker lunches and dinners, winery and tasting room open houses, vineyard walks, and the annual Vintners Festival where every one of our 100+ member wineries gather to present their wines, often poured by the winemakers themselves.
The 2014 Vintners Festival will be held at the beautiful Riverview Park in Buellton, California on Saturday, April 12. The Festival also presents some of the best local food from restaurants, catering companies, and gourmet food creators in addition to music, art, and related wine country vendors.
Enjoy a farm-to-table style picnic experience and live musical entertainment featuring the harmony-driven musical duo Jamestown Revival at the beautiful Fess Parker Winery. Communal dining tables are available or bring along your picnic blanket and low-back beach chairs. (Tables on first-come, first served basis). Attendees are invited to bring a favorite wine to share at the tables. Wines from various producers will be available for tasting featuring Fess Parker Winery, Fiddlehead Cellars, Beckman Vineyards, Fontes and Phillips and Solminer Wines. A souvenir wine glass is provided to all attendees for wine tasting.

Jamestown Revival, a band that melodiously blends Americana/Folk, Texas twang, back porch indie rock with Lauren Canyon harmonies - proving to be one of the most promising new bands of the year - visits the Santa Barbara Wine Country for this exclusive live performance. The performance falls in the midst of a lengthy tour schedule that has Jamestown Revival crossing the country in support of the band's debut album, "UTAH", released earlier this month.
Doors open at 11:00 am. Opening Band performs from 11:00 am - 12:00 pm. Jamestown Revival performs at 12:30 pm - 2:00 pm.

As a way to celebrate our 25th Anniversary, we would like to take a look back at the highest scoring wines that we have released over the years. The wines that we will be tasting have scored 93 points or higher from such notable publications as Robert Parker's Wine Advocate, Wine Spectator and Wine Enthusiast. This is a chance for collectors to take a peek into the bottle and watch how the wines age. The discussion panel will include Fess Parker Winery Winemaker Blair Fox, President Tim Snider and Winemaker emeritus Eli Parker.
