Could there be a better combination than Syrah and Steak?  We don't think so!  Join us as we explore and taste the many expressions of Syrah.  We will have some of Fess Parker & Epiphany's most unique & acclaimed versions along with beautiful examples of the grape from around the world. The wines will be paired with different cuts of local 100% Grass-Fed Beef from DeyDey's Best Beef Ever located in Sta. Rita Hills.  The tasting will be lead by Winemaker Blair Fox and President Tim Snider, who will talk about the subtleties of each Syrah, while John de Bruin from DeyDey's will pair each cut of beef with our syrah. Lunch will also be prepared featuring DeyDey's Beef.

Enjoy a retrospective tasting of our beloved Chardonnay, Pinot Noir & Syrah flights. This is a chance for collectors to take a peek into the bottle and watch how the wines age.  Our moderator for the afternoon will be longtime Santa Barbara based food & wine writer Gabe Saglie, the panel will be rounded out by Fess Parker Winery Winemaker Blair Fox & President Tim Snider.
